Tent Information

If you requested a tent, please note that each tent can accommodate two cots, along with personal gear.

Important Reminders

Required Adult Documentation

  • Please ensure that all adults bring copies of their Health Forms, Criminal Record Checks (CRCs), and Safeguarding Youth training certificates.

Youth Health Forms

  • Copies of all youth health forms are required as well.

Check-In

  • Check-in will take place in the parking lot from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
  • After 2:30 PM, all check-ins must be completed at the Camp Office/Hopkins Center.

Footwear

  • Closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times while on camp property.

Dietary Needs

  • If any dietary restrictions or food allergies were not included on your registration, please let us know as soon as possible so our Kitchen Director can prepare accordingly.

Medications

  • If you are bringing medications, please remember that they must be stored in a locked container.

Class Registration

  • Please make sure your unit or Scout is registered for classes. If you have questions about registration or need assistance, please let me know.
